Treva is a seasoned eLearning and instructional design expert with over 20 years of experience. As the CEO of The Training Lounge, she leads a custom eLearning solutions firm that has successfully designed and developed training for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses.
Her professional background includes senior roles such as Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, and Change Management/Training Manager, with experience spanning across industries including government, insurance, IT/tech, waste management, oil and gas, and Big Four consulting.
